EV Charger Warranty & Coverage

Every DynaChrg charging solution is backed by reliable warranty protection to ensure long-term performance and peace of mind. Explore your standard coverage included with purchase and extended protection options designed to keep your charging network running smoothly.

Standard Warranty

  • OEM Hardware: Each AC or DC product carries the manufacturer’s limited warranty (1–3 years depending on model). Customers should be directed to the Product Overview for product-specific warranty details.
  • DynaChrg-Branded Hardware: All DynaChrg-branded chargers include a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Standard Coverage:
    • Repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing defects.
    • Support for issues under normal use/installation.
    • Coverage begins at delivery date.
  • Exclusions: Misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, vandalism, accidents, or failure to follow OEM/DynaChrg instructions.

Extended Warranty

  • Extended Warranty Plans are available for purchase through DynaChrg, administered by EVSTAR, LLC.
  • Plans purchased after May 1, 2025 are governed by EVSTAR’s Commercial Terms & Conditions.
  • Claims, processing, and service are handled by EVSTAR.
  • Extended warranty must be purchased at time of order or before expiration of the OEM/DynaChrg warranty.
