Supporting Fleet Electrification and Public Charging
DynaChrg is designing and deploying EV charging infrastructure at TCA's Irvine headquarters to support both transit fleet operations and public charging access.
The project includes Level 2 charging stations that will serve fleet vehicles while also providing convenient charging for employees, visitors, and public users.
Engineering and design have been completed, with permitting currently underway. Installation is scheduled for completion by the end of August 2026, with operations expected to begin in September 2026.
By supporting both fleet electrification and public charging, this project demonstrates how commercial and public facilities can maximize the value of EV infrastructure while preparing for the future of sustainable transportation.
Project Benefits
Why This Project Matters
Fleet electrification is becoming an important part of the transition to cleaner transportation.
By combining fleet charging with public charging access, this project helps maximize infrastructure utilization while supporting both operational needs and community accessibility.
It also demonstrates how existing commercial properties can integrate EV charging into their facilities without significant site modifications, helping organizations prepare for long-term transportation electrification.
