How do I request a charger totalizer report?

To request a charger totalizer report, complete the form at dynachrg.ai/charger-data-request/charger-totalizer with your serial number, charger ID, and connector number. Data will be emailed to you after system verification.

What information do I need to request a totalizer report?

To request a totalizer report you need your charger serial number - up to 25 characters, your charger ID - up to 6 characters, and your connector number. All fields are mandatory.

How will I receive my totalizer data?

Your totalizer data will be emailed to you shortly after submission and system verification. Make sure to provide a valid email address when completing the request form.
